What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, work email, phone number if provided, where you sell, the products you are interested in, your delivery postcode and any message you write.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you wholesale pricing and product information.
- To prepare quotes, process orders and arrange delivery.
- To follow up about your enquiry or order. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Marketing messages
We only send business messages about wholesale supply to people who have contacted us or whose business is directly related to our products. Every message tells you who we are and how to reach us, and you can opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only when needed to run your order: with freight and customs providers who deliver your goods, with payment providers who process your payment, and with our production partner where needed to fulfil your order (we do not pass on your contact details for their own marketing). Form and email services we use may store data on servers outside Australia and China.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact with you, and order records for as long as tax and trade rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
